Return Policy

Our Responsibility We cover return shipping fees for incorrect or defective items once your return request gets approved.

Order Cancellation Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after placement. Cancellation is unavailable once processed or shipped; you will need to follow our return procedure after receiving goods.

Customer Responsibility Please confirm item and size before checkout. For returns caused by wrong selection or personal preference, you pay bothway shipping fees. Only product price will be refunded.

Return / exchange must be requested within 30 days after order receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged and kept in original packaging. We reject cashondelivery returns. Finalsale goods, promotional items and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping address cannot be modified after packing or shipment. We are not responsible for parcel loss caused by incorrect address.

Return Instructions For defective / wrong items: Contact customer service for return authorization. We cover return freight upon approval. For goodcondition items (wrong size, dislike, etc.): Returns are allowed, buyer bears bothway shipping cost.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Email support@Styleknowsnoage.com to apply for return or exchange.

2. Submit required information and wait for our reply.

3. Ship goods to our authorized return address and keep the tracking receipt.

Refund We will inspect returned items after receipt. You will receive an email for refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed in 35 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Adjustment of Discounts Upon Partial Cancellation & Returns If you partially cancel or return items and remaining goods no longer meet discount, promocode or freeshipping thresholds, all originalorder discount value will be deducted from your refund.
